Absolutely the worst communication I have ever experienced. I'm not convinced this place even exists. They expect me to wait until the day of my surgery to even hear what's being done to me. I will not stand for this. It's very frustrating and Donna Simoncini needs to get a new job or answer her goddamn phone.
Been trying to get an appointment scheduled for 1 and 1/2 months. You can’t talk to the offices for Marya or Marshall. I will report this and go elsewhere. This is no way to run a so called specialist. Office. I hope Dr Marya and Dr Marshall hear about my issue!!!!!
Avoid the UMass ER at all cost. I’ve been waiting for three hours now and haven’t seen a single provider. You would think a person with chest pain issues experiencing chest pain would be seen stat! I don’t know what the problem is, but an entire line of at least twelve patients have come and gone. Still I wait………..I expect most ERs are in the same mess. I have tumors on my liver and can’t even get an MRI done. “They never even opened the file” thanks a lot UMASS. Lawsuit waiting to happen
