Called to get an emergency appointment for shingles near my eye. Was told this is a Red Flag issue and should be seen ASAP. Transfered to the "PAC Nurse" who was supposed to arrange such an appointment, but no one answers that phone, you leave a voice mail. I get that we are all busy. But waiting for hours and still have not gotten a call back. During recent cataract surgeries at Hahnemann Campus Eye Center, I was given outstanding care and treatment by Dr Elvisa Loshe and her ophthalmology team. Much time was given to preparation for the surgeries. Also, time given to the patient to gain a better understanding of the condition and procedure. This was much appreciated. Thank you Dr Loshe and ophthalmology team!
I am totally thrilled with the results of my surgery. They staff and doctors were fantastic. I don't need glasses anymore
