I recently visited Dr. Ahmed's office and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service I received. Dr. Ahmed was caring, genuinely concerned, and took the time to address all my concerns. However, I did notice that the person taking patients back for vitals could improve their customer service skills. A simple acknowledgement with a "good morning" and introduction would go a long way in making patients feel more welcome and valued.
