I recently visited Dr. Ahmed's office and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service I received. Dr. Ahmed was caring, genuinely concerned, and took the time to address all my concerns. However, I did notice that the person taking patients back for vitals could improve their customer service skills. A simple acknowledgement with a "good morning" and introduction would go a long way in making patients feel more welcome and valued. Dr Ahmed is a wonderful physician. Very attemptive, he allways answered all my questions. Following me and working with me in keeping my kidneys as healthy as possible. The staff is wonderful too. No long waitings and easy to contact.
