Great location and office staff! They hold awesome events for the residents as well.
We moved here last year and have seen the property switch people.. I am so happy with the ladies that are in the office now.. The office manager is super nice... I also love all the extra get togethers there are now..
Ultris staff (i.e. Tiffanie) were very pleasant and helpful. Instantaneously when we walked in sales office and viewed apartment we knew it was our perfect home. Being active duty and constantly moving on short notice we can honestly say Ultris apartments quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonable prices and amenities was a very pleasant experience and meant "HOME SWEET HOME" when every time we walk through the our door. We absolutely love our affordable two bedroom, two bath apartment. The service was phenomenal the moment we stepped through the door. We have not had any maintenance problems since moving in. The apartment complex is very relaxed and quiet which is nice for the type of jobs we have.
We've lived here since September 2015. The complex is very well kept and great for quick access to I95 for a work commute. The staff is fabulous! Very welcoming and any maintenance request I've put in has been resolved within 48 hours. Our apartment layout is fairly open which has been great, and there's plenty of sidewalks for running and dog walking.
This spring will be a year for me at Ultris Courthouse Square. With my work hours, I have not taken advantage of a lot of the amenities or attended many of their functions. What I do like about Ultris Courthouse Square is the location. I commute to Washington, DC, so I like the quick access to I95. I can be in downtown Fredericksburg in 15 minutes and downtown Stafford in 5. There are restaurants and a supermarket right around the corner. For me, Ultris Courthouse Square is all about the location.
I've lived here for several years now and find the experience very satisfying. The new staff has a good grip on things; the grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance has been prompt the few times I've needed something done in my unit. My only remark doesn't lie with the staff or apartment complex; it's with my fellow residents. If everyone would push the button on the trash compactor when they dispose their trash it would go a long way to avoiding problems in and around the compactor. I had an amazing time. Swimming pool was clean and awesome. Workout room was top notch and tanning bed as well. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly
