Clearly, they lie and cheat residence. I can’t believe how they openly admit to how they work over residence. Run away!!! Also don’t worry about a fake excuse and telling me to come in the office, Ulturis.
I love it here. No yard work. Everyday I can take trash out. Sounds weird but we only had 2 days a week we could put trash out at our last home. Office staff are great and maintenance staff is prompt and so nice and helpful. I love having all the amenities and no responsibilities of maintaining it myself.
May you guys please address the noise ordinance law in your monthly new letter.
The actual buildings are wonderful but the administrative sector and staff are horrific. If they had a new staff that were on the ball and friendly this would be the place for everyone to stay!
Although I have had some unfortunate situations, it would be unfair of me to rate this a one star. For the most part it's quiet, you're left alone and I have met some very friendly neighbors. Be careful about what your signing. After 25 consecutive on-time monthly payments I asked if they would let me leave 1 month early. Although contractually I would be responsible for that month, I just purchased a home because the apartment is too small for my 15-month-old daughter.
