We had a home inspection by Ultra Home Inspectors on 9/10/26. Our home inspector was Mr. Sean Lamastus. Mr. Lamastus was thorough, courteous, and diligent. He provided us with an overall 100 page report, 42 page summary with photos, and the report was clear and concise. He also walked us through any issues with the home and explained everything in terminology we could understand. I highly recommend this organization for your home inspections!

Doug Day was assigned to do a home inspection on a condo we are interested in purchasing. Within 24 hours, Mr. Day had sent us a 49-page inspection report along with a 9-page summary report. Mr. Day provided a very thorough inspection report which we were grateful for. We would highly recommend Ultra Home Inspections for any of your property needs.

I’m in the process of buying a home. I had Ultra do the inspection and I was totally sat with my choice! Dough was extremely thorough spending a long time in the property. He walked us around pointing out the areas that called his attention and at the end he spent another hour going through the results. If you’re looking for a home inspection company, look no further and call Ultra!

Ours was a standard home inspection, done as part of a new purchase. It was performed by Veo Moore, who was very organized and complete, with detailed photography included. Recommendations were also graded, from more urgent to more elective. We were entirely satisfied.
