Jay and his staff are great to work with! He has worked on our boats, stored them, and even sold us a new boat. I would recommend and refer them all day long!
Spent almost $1100 last season for winterization, storage, and preseason only to get it on the lake and find that they hadn't winterized it correctly and water was pouring in my Tige'. They fixed the break but would not even consider reimbursing fees for the screw up or inconvenience of bringing it back in. Why should you get to keep all those fees for not doing it correctly? I am not sure where we have not met your expectations or provided your service on time. We have serviced and stored your boat for the past 3 years and provided you a storage agreement. We are and always have been the most inexpensive source for indoor boat storage in our area. We offered you the option to pay your storage in advance at a reduced rate or make monthly payments at a slightly higher rate.
