Think the facility and Coach Green's knowledge and experience make this a great resource for improving swim technique. You get so much more done in 30 minutes than you would with a "pool" lesson.
UPF is the best private training facility in the Conejo Valley! Ivan and Gladys Lopez are the most knowledgeable, experience, honest and motivating private trainers that I know. I love this place!!!!
