This agency sucks. Very unprofessional. They dont even screen their aides correctly!! Most of the aides cant read or write. How do they even get hired? Ultimate Care needs to be reported to the dept of health for not following regulations. They do not care about the patients just the money they get from them. Ultimate Care?? More like poor care!
