Be more caring of who you allow to work and deal with your patients instead of just hiring anybody especially those who have attitude problems when it comes to do the job they are set out to do. More importantly be more caring of the patients that are seeking your services as well!
The worst agwncy ever! and horrible customer service
If it was possible I would give this company negative 5 stars. Second weekend in a row no aide has showed up to take care of my dad. I call the office and I’m told by the rep on the phone that the aide is on the train an aide that will never show up smh. (I know this from past experiences) When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told the on call supervisor will give me a call back. I’m not holding my breathe because no one never calls back. My recommendation is stay far from this company.
Para nada recomendaría está agencia, la recomendé a mí madre y lo que le han hecho es una burla. le deben un cheque desde julio la hacen ir a Brooklyn a buscarlo y cuando lo deposita no tiene fondos, la hacen ir nuevamente a Brooklyn a buscar otro cheque y tampoco tiene fondos y el cheque de esta semana lo mandan sin fondos, la peor agencia es esta. By hiring people in their office that is capable and willing to help the patients. Have a replacement in a suitable time for the patient. My aide is to be here at 9am it is now approaching noon and a replacement have not arrived...Yet...One arrived a 4pm one day and complained that they had to stay for 4 hours. The aides ask for money...eat their food on the patient's time, see that things need to be done and all they want to do is sit and watch television.
