This agency is HORRIBLE! Don't get me wrong the two HHAs that came to care for my mom were fine, it's the coordination and scheduling that makes this a terrible agency. If a HHA calls out then it should be first priority to let the patient and family know this information. They should never have to call you to inquire about why no one has shown up.
We are very pleased by the services provided by this agency. They have always send reliable, responsible and caring staff to care for our grandfather. Thank you for all you do. Ortiz Family!
