I HAD BACK SURGERY THERE IN OCTOBER. EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM CHECKING IN TO CLEANING MY ROOM TO DIETARY. THE NURSING CARE WAS OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU.
Their nurses were the rudest people ever! They yelled at my father about the Bathrooms which were completely covered with black mold, waited an hour and half just to talk to the room assistint. Horrible. Most of the nurses sat on their iPhones talking about all their patients. This was a very rude and not very unorganized hospital. Never came to check my dad the hole entire night. I cannot tell you how incredible the entire staff and management at Good Sams has been the nearly 2 weeks my wife was in the hospital there. I mean, every single person was caring, compassionate and helpful. You truly got the sense that this wasn't just a job for them but it was their passion - their calling. I have spent a lot of time in the hospital over the past few years after my cancer diagnosis. Mostly at UK and Markey. I have had excellent care with only 1 exception. I spent the past day and a half at Good Sam. I had a nice family friendly room and excellent care. My nurses and techs were great and the surgical docs were too. If you have to be in the hospital it seems like a good caring place.
The staff, doctors, nurses, were awesome. Dr. Bylund and his team are superb.
