They take to long to take care of their patients and keep them in the ER hallways for days before getting them on the floor into a room!!!!!
They do not seem to have a very good system in place. They are great doctors/nurses/staff but seem to be all over the place. It took hours for them to get him back in a room there were miscommunication on what room what they wanted done and why he was even there.
They could at least send a person's prescription to the same city the person lives in, not to a pharmacy 100 miles away. They could also ask the person if they want 2 use their pharmacy instead of just assuming & then instead of sending it to their pharmacy, sending it 100miles away. Also, the nurse forgetting my script (which I did not get anyway) 3 different X's & each time she comes back, she has 2 leave again, only to bring back papers that I do not need. The doctor's and nurse's have been great everytime we visit. They take the time to read past medical notes.
they have always been good to us. my 9 yr old was brought here n 300q, when he was killed. my husbands been heee, ive spent time heee due to my motorcycle accident. and now my 25 yr old is here.
This place is awful! They put you in the hallways of the ER and leave you there for several hours to days! Very slow at getting anything done! However, the nurses have been great.
