gross mistreatment. previous patient's waste left in the room (urine, gauze, cleaning supplies). amateur blood draws.
What should have been a simple blood draw for my wife was a bloody mess. There was blood all over my wife's arm, and on her dress in multiple areas. There was a faulty piece of equipment (either a PICC or IV line, I believe). All they had to do was take it out. I asked the nurse why she wasn't doing that, and just using an ultrasound to find the vein, and she said it would take a long time to wait for said ultrasound. excellent patient care, even through the busiest days, some people don't seem to understand or appreciate the fact that if it weren't for the hallway beds, U WOULD STILL BE SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!
I recommend this ER department ! They were certainly very helpful n knowledgeable about what was going on with my my child. Our own pediatrician refused to see her for flu like symptoms ! Due to the corona virus 🦠 scare ! UK really put my mind at ease! Thank you !
