She took the time to explain every step of the process, which helped ease our anxiety. The nurses and front staff are always friendly and responsive.
The clinic mentioned self pay discount one time and never did again. They kept billing my insurance at a higher rate than I had to pay. I had no fertility benefits but they asked for my insurance card every time. I could have saved roughly $1000.00 or more on healthcare. It’s sad. You want to get pregnant you don’t have insurance coverage and they don’t tell you you should just pay the cash rate and go on a payment plan. It’s a 30% savings.
