It’s kinda laughable how awful this place is. The people on the floor below me have parties every other night and always set the smoke alarm from smoking (who would’ve thought?), the people ABOVE me are constantly banging stuff on the ground at random hours of the night. They changed the wifi to what somethint they said was “more efficient” yet it’s actually ten times worse than it was before. It takes a good 10 minutes to download maybe 35mb of data at its worst. Its the worst student apartment that I have ever lived in. The management takes it's own sweet time to address the issues the residents have. Another incident was with our AC, soon after we moved in, which we had in summer in a non-working condition for a month, which also impacted my roommate's health. If I remember correctly, we were not provided any help with that. The fire alarm goes out in the middle of the night every week. Lived here from Aug 2021 to July 2025. The rent is cheap, but that is where the positives stop. The fire alarms constantly go off, especially in the middle of the night. The “package room” is unorganized, and half of the time your packages aren’t scanned in. There were car break-ins constantly (including my own which was thousands of dollars to get fixed).
