DO NOT RENT HERE! Worst living experience possible. Maintenance will not fix anything. My car was broken into multiple times in their parking deck. They then billed my roommates and I a total of $1000 dollars after move out for previously broken things before move in that were never fixed. Avoid at all costs.

Me and a friends were to move in together. when my friend arrived she sent me pictures of roaches and critters in the corners of the house where they had not cleaned before we arrived. Also there were molded dishes in the sink that we were left to clean. The fridge was absolutely disgusting bugs and food stains every where. A very convent housing facility for college students , close to campus and walking distance from city life. Employees are very understanding and made my transition from dorm to apartment very great!
