great experience Everyone worked really hard to make the whole experience great. I had used this dealership for my previous truck's service so there was no doubt I would return when it was time for a newer truck.
Great experience Called Chris Rocke 10/3 to check on a car for me. On 10/7 I was driving off the lot with the car I wanted and at the price I wanted. Everyone that a dealt with to purchase my Rogue was very helpful.
Excellent Customer Service I have been to many dealerships before and even worked in a couple, both locally and internationally, but this was the most positive experience I have had in a dealership. Very friendly staff. Provided a great value for the trade in. Also they worked very hard to earn our business. Follow up was very good.
Easy buying I worked with Kramer first by phone and then in person and he made buying my new Altima painless. I did not like the color that they had on the lot, so they found just what I was looking for. I brought my Altima back to have the sealent put on and I had a bad wiper blade and took care of everything and gave me a loaner for the day. I would recommend Kramer and uftring to my friends and family.
Very Good Experience with Henry Henry was great to work with. He answered all my crazy questions in a timely manner and explained everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Henry for your car buying needs.
