I recently purchased a vehicle was very dissatisfied that what we agreed on verbally was slid in on the paperwork and the business managers office. I was told the gap insurance would be thrown in on the deal as it turns out, they stuck me with paying for it, and denied any conversation when My wife asked the business manager actually he was kind of rude to her and said you should’ve read what you signed so I guess their word means nothing I will not buy another vehicle through this dealership.
