I was disappointed in the wait time for the replacement of my tires and an oil change. I made an appointment at 8 am and was told it would take 2 hours.. instead it took 4 1/2 hours.

No communication. Dealership had my car for 2 weeks. Interior looks like it was detailed with dirty rag and dirty water. No loaner vehicles as usual.
