Friendly "no pressure" Experience! I spent a lot of time looking for a good used vehicle. Looked at a couple dealerships in the Chicagoland area knowing before hand big city dealerships equals high volume, high pressure sales! I could not have been more right! I traveled an hour and half away to deal with Jacob Weston and Uftring Chevrolet. Honesty, knowledge and vehicle price was exceptional! They are a class act, professional outfit I would deal with again and again!

shop other Chevrolet dealers then go to uftring I personally had never owned a new Chevrolet truck. In looking i tried to deal with one in my local area. I say tried because they did not want to help me at all. I believe a dealership is called that because that is what they do. New Equinox We have purchased our last three vehicles at from Uftring and Kendall Hearn and the experience continues to improve. We purchased a 2015 Equinox and traded my much loved 2006 Saturn Vue Redline. The pay-off on the existing loan exceeded the value of the trade so there was work to be done in the deal to maintain an acceptable monthly payment. Friendly Service Me and my husband inquired online about a vehicle. I received a call the very next day from Kendall. He did my application over the phone very quick. Called me back within 10 mins and said he found a vehicle for us. Got down there and we looked at a SUV first. We were concerned about the price of warranty,so we almost walked away with no vehicle. New vehicle purchase We recently purchased a new Colorado from Uftring Chevrolet, we spoke to 4 other dealers but were very impressed by Randy MacDonald's knowledge of the vehicle. When we picked up our truck he went over all the features with us, programmed our phones into the truck, setup onstar and went over the service schedule. Outstanding! We were working with Nick Kramer to potentially buy a used 2014 Traverse from Uftring Washington. However, over the holidays, we found a new 2015 Traverse at a different dealership in Southern Illinois. We went back to Nick at Uftring Washington and told him what we found.
