Bought a low mile Blazer for a good price, had the options I wanted, salesman was honest. The CEFCU on site finance person was being pushy about buying into that extended warranty scam (almost $3,000 for less than a 20K mile warranty...) he kept making up stuff like what if the engine blows tomorrow? We just had our first child and decided it was time to get a new SUV for the family. We headed to Uftring Chevy in Washington and we were greeted by Lee Kerr, one of the saleman there. He asked what we were looking for and our price range he took his time to show us only the vehicles that fit our requirements. Kendall Hearn was a plesure and a delight to deal with! He was kowledgeable, intelligent, trustworthy, very personable, and accommodating. I was very leery of applying for a new car loan after my bankruptcy three years ago. I was still so sick in my heart about having to do that, that I hadn't even attempted to get a credit card. My partner did some checking around and everyone told her to take me to Uftring in Washington. So she dragged me kicking and screaming the whole way. Uftring comes & picks up my Saab in Bloomington, gives me a loaner and then returns my car to me. I've always enjoyed working with them. Professional. I have also gone to Washington and waited for my Saab to be serviced. Clean & large waiting room. i have been in several times since 2008 and have found there service dept cares about my time which is important to me.I think they really care about taking care of the car and the customer.I know it sounds crazy but where i used to take my car in for service it would take an hour or so to get a ride back to work or home. these guys can have me back to my office in ten or fifteen minutes. there great
