Great first time buyer experience This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I was a little worried about being put under too much pressure. Jake Weston did not make me feel like I had to purchase a vehicle the same day and was very flexible. Was able to test drive vehicles from the main Uftring Chevrolet lot and their used car lot. Overall great experience!
excellent experiance Randy McDonald was a very help full sales man.He was very professional with all our questions we had about our equanox.Randy also made sure he went over everything about the car from operating all the buttons on the dash to seats and dome lights. This all being new to my wife and I, Randy said if their is any thing we do not understand just stop in and he will take the time to help us out again.Thanks again Randy
A Worthwhile Trip to the Auto Dealer I can't say anything better than what my wife told me the very next day. "I'm glad we did this!" This is my third vehicle that I've purchased from an Uftring Dealer. Finding a trusted dealer is very important to us because we buy our cars to last. Looking forward to driving our Impala for a long time like the other vehicles we've purchased from Uftring! Kendall Hearn was very helpful in finding us a car that was just what we were looking for.
Loving our 'new' red Cadillac. We looked for months for a car to replace my Aurora and agreed on a smaller SUV. Fred saw this car in the Journal Star and suggested we check the used lot. There it was! Chad was very nice and calm to deal with and certainly made the process easier!!
Annoyed with dealer, satisfied with vehicle. I was clear about what I wanted in a car and my budget up front with the salesman. He found a great car for me. Unfortunately, the best price I could get them down to was $1000 over my budget. The salesman, Nick, was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. The sales manager seemed simply unwilling to work with me or budge much at all on price. They fixed a couple of minor issues that I found with the car so I ended up buying it anyway. What a wonderful experience! We went to the used car sale at Uftring with very little hope of getting a new car with poor credits, bankrupcy in the past, low quality trade in, etc. However, Kendall Hearn put us in a great car with a monthly payment we could afford. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful and gave us a great experience from start to finish!
Best Sales Rep Adam Gawason is the the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. Purchased a 2012 Corvette & he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable & set up all upcoming appointments. Made purchasing a car fun. I would highly recommend him & Uftring for any car purchase.
Excellent experience I was looking for a used SUV and stopped into the used car outlet. I found a 2005 TrailBlazer that I test drove and just loved everything about it. I wanted to look some more and not buy the very first vehicle I looked at. Steven Jones kept in touch with me over the next month with other vehicles I might be interested in.
