This is an amazing gym! The staff is great and super helpful.
This is the best gym in Baton Rouge. If you want to see great results try the cardio classes. For the serious Martial Artist, try the advance classes.
This is my first time to workout in a gym. To say the least I was very leary and self-conscious. After coming here for a little over a month I feel very much at ease and really enjoy the kick boxing and boxing classes. The coaches are great at what they do! And the staff are very accommodating.

I joined UFC Gym about 2 and a 1/2 years ago and I can honestly say that it was the best decisions I've made. The atmosphere is great and the workouts are challenging. I highly recommend for any and every one to try at least one class. That's all it took for me to join!
I don't know but my husband fights there, so watevea he loves I love too... :-) :-) :-)
