This gym is great. It is clean, well-organized, and very user-friendly. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Jeremy helped me with the machines and techinque the first day and is always patient with any interruptions or questions. I trained with Matt Perralta and he taught me proper form but also showed me how to modify moves so I could tailor the workout for my fitness level. The classes are intense but so positive. It's just a great place to get healthy.
Friendly staff, encouraging patrons, environment well suited to fostering the right mindset to achieve your goals. Very happy with my experience here.
Andrew G, the GM, is professional, friendly and super helpful with all of the gym's offerings. The facility is extremely clean and I find all of the trainers are very motivating while keeping the classes fun!
Great place to train by yourself, or some conditioning with a group. Super clean, and a great staff. Wish there were one on this side of the river.
