My 15 year old son did a sample session and the trainer was amazing. My son is autistic and never worked out, his motor skills needs a lot of work and he's not use to many social environments. She made him feel comfortable, took time to show him what he should be doing and had encouraging words. We will definitely get a family membership.

I enjoy being a member of UFC because they truly care about helping you meet your goals. I like how they will make sure you are getting the technique correctly from punching the bag to doing a squat and it doesn't matter how big the class is .
