This place is amazing. Everyone here is so welcoming. From bjj to Muay Thai/kickboxing, conditioning and all. I love the atmosphere and they have the best trainers!!!
I been goin here for almost a week know and this is the best gym in the world never give up never quit never back down!
Went for the Weight room and ended up loving the Boxing and kickboxing classes. The instructors are fun and encouraging and the workouts are kick starting my weight loss. Staff and members are friendly and helpful, everything clean and well maintained. Great qym!
Tonight I jumped out and had a foot chase on a suspect who was a convicted felon on parole backing up years of prison time that just so happened to be armed with stolen two handguns. After zig zagging in between homes and back yards I was able to catch the dirtbag trying to hide behind some stairs. Through out this whole chase I never got tired, practically never even broke a sweat. My ablility to do this is because this gym constantly pushes my physical fitness every time I step onto the mat.
