RecommendedI’m truly happy this place opened! The staff is extremely helpful and the instructors are highly skilled. Brand spanking new equipment and the price for all MMA classes, DUT, with the available weight room can’t be beat anywhere. They also have a wide variety of classes to fit any schedule! I’ve been taking the boxing conditioning almost every weekday since they opened: I love it and Zach is a great instructor- I feel stronger & more toned in a long time!

Not just for MMA. Staff is really friendly and make you feel at home. State of the art equipment and everything is brand new. Plenty of fitness classes to choose from. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!
