Terrible customer service here. Have been trying for 2 weeks to reach the owner, Susan. Mackenzie, a front desk employee even hung up on me. They do not inform you upon signing up of all the fees you will be charged. I support local businesses but will not support businesses who fail to put customers first and allow their staff to treat people in this manner. DISGUSTING.
First week there was amazing. The classes are challenging! I did DUT and Obstacle Fit ..... bananas!
Love all the classes and weightlifting equipment. Super clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend this gym. Best in the area!
