Dr Harris is really amazing. He is so thorough and I trust him completely. He is the perfect mix of no nonsense and compassion, holding you accountable for your own health journey. Thank you Dr Harris and also the front desk, nurses and assistants to the DR are amazing as well. So nice, supportive and helpful.
I have been a patient of Katrina General's for months. She is a great practitioner who really listens and gives great care to her patients. I feel very comfortable in the office during every appointment, and the post-care communication is top notch and comprehensive. First of all the process of becoming a new patient is asinine. They won’t schedule anything over the phone, you have to come in and pick up new patient forms, bring back the patient forms and then they will call to schedule. I spoke with two different people and let them know that my insurance isn’t active until February, and was told that was fine I can make an appointment and bring my insurance card in when I have it. I would like to commend Dr Harris , Head Nurse Kim, Medical assistant Joeslyn, and Britttany at front desk for always treating us with kindness and efficiency, as well as the high degree of expertise and professionalism ! I am so grateful for my PCP Katrina General APRN. She is such a professional and thorough practitioner. She LISTENS! Not only does she listen, she provides the necessary care based on each concern. She is Brilliant and uses her knowledge and extensive skillset to accurately take care of her patients. While having many health concerns, I am beyond confident that I am in the best hands with her!
