I would highly recommend this office. I am always able to make an appointment with the Treaty Oaks office and I never have any complaints. I am very happy with the level of care and attentiveness from Katrina General! She is invested in my health and wellbeing. She is never judgmental and she listens with the intent to find solutions that fit my life and needs. If you want to be taken seriously and heard- make your appointment here!
Dr Harris is really amazing. He is so thorough and I trust him completely. He is the perfect mix of no nonsense and compassion, holding you accountable for your own health journey. Thank you Dr Harris and also the front desk, nurses and assistants to the DR are amazing as well. So nice, supportive and helpful.
I have been a patient of Katrina General's for months. She is a great practitioner who really listens and gives great care to her patients. I feel very comfortable in the office during every appointment, and the post-care communication is top notch and comprehensive. First of all the process of becoming a new patient is asinine. They won’t schedule anything over the phone, you have to come in and pick up new patient forms, bring back the patient forms and then they will call to schedule. I spoke with two different people and let them know that my insurance isn’t active until February, and was told that was fine I can make an appointment and bring my insurance card in when I have it. Nurse Katrina has been wonderful. Customized a plan for my needs and everything is working the way we want. Would highly recommend her and UF health.
