My husband has a TBI and we are well established with UF health very well established with multiple physicians and the hospital. We traveled 40 minutes from home this morning, I carry my husband‘s insurance cards simply because he does forget his wallet sometimes. I never thought of his license when we were leaving the house until we got here and realized he did not have his wallet but I thought that’s OK cause we’re well established. Good Grief! Now I found out WHY they have less the 2 stars and primarily for UNprofessional phone reps. WOW! Whoever they have answering the phones for UF Health - Very Rude
I called in October and was given the earliest appointment in March. In December, it was rescheduled to May, and now they want to move it again to July. It will have taken nine months to get my first appointment, which shows a clear disregard for patients’ time.
Dr Lynda Petty isn’t a nice person. Verbally attacked me in office yesterday! I felt threatened & got up & walked out!! She will be reported.
