Dr Lynda Petty isn’t a nice person. Verbally attacked me in office yesterday! I felt threatened & got up & walked out!! She will be reported.
Scam! They want your SOCIAL SECURITY number to check appointments availability Booked till Dec! 5 months away & it took 18 min of listening to commercials for the place to even get to a live person. No prompts. Nothing. I thought maybe theyre out of business they have almost zero reviews. Representative was very nice but 40 min on the phone when I need care the most for my neck & possible concussion.
I just have to give one star because the people who answer the phone are so RUDE and unprofessional. The actual nurse practitioner wasn't too bad herself. But the phone reps give the office a terrible impression.
Alex Moore is a great provider. She is willing to listen, go the extra mile and really strives to find the issues. Has compassion, understanding and caring. Greatly appreciated! Her office manager, Hayley is also amazing and works miracles with the scheduling when possible. Very friendly staff! A+++ across the board. Well done! 👏
