Efficient, painless, pleasant
As other reviewers mentioned, you CAN NEVER get through to this place!! It sends you to voice mail, which is always full and then hangs up. Completely unacceptable. Since UF Health took over this place has gone downhill at the speed of a comet!
Arrived at 8:20 and was out by 8:30 without an appointment. Very quick and very friendly.
What. a. complete. joke. Try calling this place, go ahead, I DARE you. Morning, noon, midnight, from a landline, a satellite, a séance.. it doesn’t matter. You’ll NEVER get through because they send every call straight to voicemail. And surprise! That voicemail? It’s been full since before the internet existed! And don’t even get me started on the front desk disaster. That woman could win an Olympic gold for being useless! She practically greets you with “Hi I hate being here and I’m going to make sure you suffer for it too!... read more
