I love being able to bring my daughter here. Staff is so friendly, helpful, caring, and understanding. It takes us about a 3 hour drive but the doctors are amazing and go above and beyond to help your children. The only negative is the amount of parking fees we end up paying when we are at UCSF for 2+ hours due to waiting. I also suggest making your appointments while you are at the hospital. The tellers over the phone are HORRIBLE/RUDE.
Very caring staff. You are treated with true compassion. The staff is extremely dedicated not only to their patient's but to the feelings of the family members and to their concerns. The hospital is committed to helping direct the families on how best to keep the family as close to a normal routine as possible. An excellent hospital.
This is the best hospital I've ever been to dr. O'Donald was our doctor and he is an amazing man the team made us feel at home during my son's Day last year and the follow-up appointments are always wonderful they did such a great job on my son surgery and dr. O'Donald we couldn't ask for a better doctor he's very caring and always takes his time with my son and my family
