Staff is amazing. My husband works here so I drive down every 2 months and we donate together. Downside...parking is awful. If I pay the 12.oo to park in lot 4 , donors get it back when you leave...we have had a problem getting it back every single time as kids working there have no clue what to do.
This was a very nice and friendly facility. Everything was on time everyone had nice manners. I felt so very comfortable there. I have never ever been to a better place than this one.. yes definitely this is the place to go if you can for a out patient procedure.
i was treated with the utmost kindness and dignity and compasssion that I have not felt in a while. I left the facility leaving with a feeling that I was given the best medical treatment. i cant say enough good things about UCLA medical center.
I had scheduled surgery yesterday and had to do pre-op appointments the day before. From start to finish, everything was amazing. Everyone was professional, kind and caring. The hospital was clean and organized. My experience quelled my fears of having to have surgery. And free parking too! Most hospitals charge now a days.
