ER fail The doctors and nurses are wonderful so this post isn't a reflection on them. My hubby took his father to ER parked in front of ER door. He needed help getting him out of car. He asked and waited and waited. He finally had to dial 911. Crazy to have to call to get help to get into the ER. Policy or Procedure needs to be changed.

I’m in the hospital right now recovering from a total knee replacement. The staff has been incredible. Everyone extremely nice and so professional. They check in on me often and thoroughly explain what they’re doing and answer any questions I have. Great!
Went to see a neurologist (who was very nice), however the receptionists in the office were extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I called to make the appointment I had apprehensions about this place. Received the same unprofessional and rude attitude upon arriving to the office. Someone needs to train the receptionists on proper customer service or hire someone who should be in the healthcare industry. I almost walked out!! Wouldn’t recommend this office at all!
