My chart software is the high light of their service . You get 14 mins with doctors , some just go through the motions / must be a miserable job . And you will be referred to emergency room between your annual physical if want to visit. The office is incapable of placing orders for medication . Hard to find good care.
Learned from a mistake of scheduling an appointment here after my usual UCLA primary care physician was not available. I spoke with customer service after receiving a bill for $894.00 for a very simple, ten minute check up after having a UTI. To be clear, I walked in and told the doctor I had recently had a UTI and wanted to have my urine tested.
