Hard to find good sushi it the middle of Texas, but we found it at Uchiko. Great service.
The service alone is second to none! Valet with 2 handlers, many staff to serve and clear and keep table clean, water filled, food delivered HOT with well scripted descriptions of everything presented.

Great food and experience. Servers very knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to spend with friends or for a business dinner. Place is very popular and you need to make reservations well in advance (even for week nights).
Shout out to Dave @uchikoaustin who served us and took an anniversary dinner “over the top” with impeccable service, and a kind human touch!
I literally cried tears of happiness 3x during my meal. 10/10... 30/10 even. No words. Just amazing
