The facility and employees were absolutely fantastic. However, my only negative is a new prescription that I haven't gotten yet due to pre-authorization, has suddenly disappeared. My psychiatrist and her pre-authorization group are now having loads of issues and errors trying to get me my ADHD medication.
I love UCHealth! I'm always provided with great care.
All of the staff members were kind and considerate. My husband's problem was treated quickly and we spent a reasonable amount of time there with a through explanation of what was wrong and the treatment plan.
