Great, friendly and professional people who helped me with an ear infection. Glad to have the urgent care option when needed.
Completely missed an ear infection when it was obviously there according to our normal doctor. Would not recommend going here. The initial nurse was great and very kind but the doctor was not and missed something that should be very routine for a doctor to diagnose.
PSA — They, just like every other urgent care around, won't accept care credit. But they will get you in a financial arrangement, unfortunately too focused on making money than healing
This is the first time we have had a negative experience with UCHealth. The provider, Sherrie Mcoy was so rude and unprofessional when treating my daughter. She was condescending and judgmental and didn’t listen. When we checked in, staff was called to Triage my daughter and the employee who came out did so right in the waiting room with other patients present and listening. The MA triaged her without taking vitals and triaging was outside her scope of practice. This is unacceptable care. Do better!
