The care I received was great but they refuse to fill out documentation that my work requires for me to be able to return so if this is going to impact your ability to get accommodations don’t go here
The staff is very considerate & polite
I clearly explained all of my symptoms, yet no tests were performed and no meaningful treatment was provided. People go to urgent care because they need immediate medical attention and relief, and unfortunately, I received neither. I left UCHealth exactly as I came in—still experiencing the same symptoms, with no answers, no real treatment, and only a bill to pay. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
