The best non bodybuilder gym I've had the pleasure of training in! The pool is awesome, the medical massage is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and very well trained! The manager is also one of the best managers I've met! Keep up the good work!

I love the group classes and that room has sliding doors that open up and make you feel like your outside. The equipment is nice and its very clean and fresh inside. Fun programs that motivate you to get in and get your workout on!
Equipment broken or hot tub broken, sauna broken Beware of the fall into fitness program! Last time the rules were changed more than 1/2 way through, due to a participant complaining. The complaining participant won. And, at the end, no points were displayed or told to anyone as in the past. It took 2 days of "begging" to let me know my point total. Also, very expensive place.
Trainers are awesome, equipment is clean - it's my happy place!
Great people and a great gym! Lots of amenities and classes to take as well as good equipment.
