UCMF has everything I ever wanted! It is clean and beautiful. The pools are amazing! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. It is never crowded or loud. I always feel at ease and comfortable.
UC Health Medical Fitness is amazing. Here I get inspiration, motivation and courteous, professional help. UC Health MedFit is very clean and well maintained. The programs and challenges keep me engaged in interesting new exercise routines. I leave feeling energized for whatever the day brings.

My wife was an RN at the University of Colorado Hospital, and we lived just east of the Hospital about 6 blocks from the Aurora City Limits. I'm sure things have changed after so many years, as it was back in the late 1970's when I moved over to the Lakewood Area while I was working (& later retired) from the US Bureau of Reclamation in Lakewood... I came to Colorado only after I was sent there for a position as a Photo Instructor at Lowry Air Force Base at the edge of the Denver/Aurora line(s)..
I love the facility. Love not having to fight all the crowds that are at the recreation centers. The classes and amenities are perfect.
Great facilities, location and service! Definitely not your franchise fitness center.
Everything it’s a great place to workout. Lots of personal attention.
