Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection (and stretching) for plantar fasciitis did the trick! Back to playing tennis in 5 weeks after 8 months of downtime. I was afraid it would never get better! I got the injection on my first visit with no adverse effects.
I suffered a freak injury on my right big toe which nearly led to it being severed off. I called Dr. Jamieson's office the next day after the ER told me I needed to see a foot surgeon and they couldn't do anything for me. Dr. Jamieson got me in that day after hearing of the extent of the injury, and fit me in for surgery the day after that. Without that swift action, I would have lost my toe. Marissa Jamieson did my bunion surgery; she is fantastic, in terms of her surgical skills, her interpersonal style and her post-op care. As a physician myself, I searched very carefully for a surgeon who promised to meet all these qualities .. and I did! No more pain! And .. I can wear any shoes I want again! Couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Had an sub talar ankle fusion! Dr. Jamieson was amazing! Very successful procedure and very glad she talked me into it. Highly recommend anyone in need of ankle work!
