The staff was so incredibly kind and compassionate and such a dream to work with during a scary episode of uncertainty.
In July, I had surgery at the UCHealth Greeley Hospital. They billed me for a surgery I didn't have. I have talked with my surgeon, Dr. Matthew Javernick, who confirmed I did not have the surgery. UCHealth has been "recoding" my surgery for 4 months without any update. I have called ~10 times, spoken to Dwight, a lead within the business customer service dept, and have not had any resolution. I have been misdiagnosed, i had lung cancer and they said it was copd exasperation. The did a biopsy and biopsied the wrong area. Everytime I go the ER they either dont know whats wrong or misdiagnose. I will never come back to this hospital. The staff is rude, they put me in a broken chair, rolled their eyes when asking for a tv remote. It was the worst ever. I just walked out!! If there was less than 1 star i wpuld have used that. I was treated like a piece of trash under someone's shoe when I was brought in here Sept 26th. Unbelievable how poor the ER staff treated me. I've given my feedback through other means and no one thought it important enough to contact me to discuss. I've used UCHealth for many of my health ailments and NEVER have I been treated so poorl or felt more unsafe, BY MULTIPLE staff members, than anywhere else I've been for medical care.
