I took my daughter to First Choice ER for a foot injury. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and helped me through the paperwork quickly. The nurses were all kind and thorough. The Dr. checked her over thoroughly and explained the injury and healing process. I was very pleased with my experience and will visit them again for our ER needs.
Arrived around 8:30 pm Monday night. Was talking to the doctor before my paperwork was complete. Quick, fast, friendly. Thank you for saving me a long drive to the hospital. So happy to have you in my neighborhood. D. Reed
This was the absolute BEST service I have ever had from an ER. In addition, I received a follow up call the next day. the bed side manner was great, my diagnosis was spot on and was quick service. Highly recommend this place

We had a great experience. we were treated with excellent care. We look in our son and he was scared. They did everything they could to make him feel confortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. I would go to this ER again.

My daughter was extremely ill last night, so Im sure anyone that has had a sick child will appreciate this post and understand my appreciation for this hospital. I typically will go to memorial hospital, however I live close to first choice emergency room so I thought I would give it a try. Had to take my Mom in yesterday for signs of stroke that she was having, while we were at Lowe's. The staff at this ER were professional and courteous, and responded to our needs stat. The entrance and rooms were clean and organized. We felt we were in good hand, with the EMT's , Nurses, and the Doctor. Thank- you to all the staff that help my Mom. Ten stars for this ER.
