Wow! What an amazing experiance. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Never have I been to an emergency room where I was called back before I finished my paperwork! They took me straight back and really listened to what was going on with me. I saw the doctor 4 times in the hour and a half I was. I had the unfortunate pleasure of finding my way to the First Choice ER in Fountain, CO, after a nasty tumble off my horse. The highly skilled and compassionate team at this fantastic facility was truly extraordinary! I was admitted and taken to an exam room the minute that I walked through the door. The doctor, nurse, medical tech and x-ray tech who tended to my lacerated elbow and fractured wrist provided both exemplary care and sincere concern. Anxiety/panic attacks and migraines are unbearable; yet this ER staff was not only able to calm me down and treat me, they truly CARED for me! From a quick registration to a quick discharge, they were able to provide compassion, empathy, and genuine concern for my needs. I will most definitely be going to this ER and will be highly recommending it here as well.
I went here thinking I just had the flu and found out I had pneumonia. The staff was absolutely amazing and attentive and my visit went super fast compared to a normal ER visit!!!! I was totally impressed with the whole experience!
Fast and courteous service when my daughter went there! I didn't have to wait forever like in a regular ER, no worries about insurance, and really like that it's a full-service ER.
I went to First Emergency Choice on 1-5-2014 with my son with a head injury. When we walked through the doors Elizabeth greeted us and took our insurance to copy. Gave us the paper work to fill out the nurse had use back in less than 3 min and took his vitals. All the staff was very nice and the best bed side manners that i've seen in a long time from emergency rooms. The doctor came in very nice my experience at this office was excellent I would return anytime in an emergency situation. Service very fast.
They were very quick and efficient. Right to the point and did not keep me waiting at all. Also, everyone in the office front and back, was very friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends!
