Incredible service. Moved to Colorado Springs a week ago from the east cost. I was very pleased with the service and exceptional care.
Hands down the most amazing experience I have ever had when it came to an ER. in a matter OD an hour I was checked in, seen by a Doctor, put through x-ray and out the door. The next day I received multiple follow up calls to check on my pain and to make sure I had a follow up appointment with a surgeon. They were fast, friendly, professional and by far the best staff I have ever met. Way to go you have mastered quality care!
I scheduled my own appointment which was bright and early at 6am. On my way there i received a call from Maggie who worked the front desk to inform me that certain insurance are not excepted, this didn't apply to me. I was just happy that when i got there i was barely sitting down, nurse Sandy came and got me. It was a good experience for me, i do not go see doctors but when i do i am in tears and from start to finish i felt comforted and well taken care off. I was treated incredible fast. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The nurse and doctor were friendly and kind. I was a priority to them and I appreciate the time and quality attention . Please be sure to realize that this is not a walk in clinic but an ER and they charge you a co pay for an ER visit.

It was a great experience! My mom had a allergic reaction and her lip swelled to 5 times its normal size, they were able to see her and treat her right away. She is back to normal self thanks to the great staff!

Great option when no one else is open. There is no wait and they are quick and efficient. The staff is very friendly.
My wife an I came for an upper respitory infection. We were visitng Commerce City from Houston. We got almost immediate attention with almost no wait. Everyone was friendly and the doctor was thorough and very personable. I would come back to the care facility without hesitation.
