The staff at First Choice Emergency Room are very kind and compassionate, I had to make a trip there recently and they addressed all my concerns. Their wait times are amazing for an emergency room. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with this facility during my visit last week. I walked in to a clean waiting room and a smiling and helpful front office attendant. I was taken back immediately, carefully assessed and accurately diagnosed. The nurse, technician, and doctor were all very professional, friendly and competent. I have already recommended the office to several of my friends. I am very happy this Emergency Room is close to my house in case a member of my family has a serious medical issue in the future.
Nice clean facility. My husband went with upper respiratory symptoms...was seen right away and diagnosed with pneumonia. It was really important since I had just had open heart surgery and could not risk infections. Staff was efficient and friendly.
It was a very clean and friendly facility, I was put in a room within minutes. I really liked the nurse Kristen very informative with all the questions my husband asked. It was my first time in an emergency care facility was disappointed in no mention of what all the test costs and still waiting for how to budget since I have a high deductible and all costs will come out of my pocket. I went to First Choice Emergency three days ago. I was very impressed to find how clean and organized the facility was! Great service and care from Dr. Goodwin, Kelly, and Mariel. My nurse Jason was comforting and kept the mood light with jokes. I was in and out of the ER in an hour.
I had to take my youngest daughter to Review First Choice Emergency Room today because she was experiencing stomach pain. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by Katie. I described the problem that my daughter was having, and before I could even finish my paper work, we were being taken to the back by Becky.
