Clean and Professional. Staff was very courteous and helpful. This is a great place to go and been seen!
They told me that they accepted my Kaiser insurance and now I find out later that they don't and I'm stuck with a $ 2,000.00 bill for 20 minutes of their time. I will never go there again.
This ER had some of the kindest and most patient staff I have ever experienced. They were willing to answer each and every question I had and kept checking on me until I got a diagnosis. They were amazing here and I felt extremely cared for. The service here was absolutely incredible. I was greeted immideately upon walking in the door, was given my paperwork, and was seen by the doctor before I even finished filling it out. Everything was fast and the staff was absolutely incredible.
Son was injured during football practice and we went to the UC ER in Fountain instead of driving north to Colorado Springs. This is my 1st time there and I was extremely impressed. No Wait and VERY attentive staff. Were able to do x-rays right on site and get us back out the door. News wasn’t great for my son, who will be out of football for 6-8 weeks, However Dr. J Marmon and her Nurses were very good with him, took the time to talk to him about the rehab that would be needed and the importance of it for his future. The employees were great. I took my husband there to get checked out for something that was going on with his stomach and they got him in right away and served him great. The nurses were so nice
I cannot thank the staff enough for the care given to me. My problem was taken care with compassion. I will recommend this ER to all. I am so happy it is so close to my home. Every one was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I am a hard stick when it comes to taking blood, this young man found the vein fast and I did not hurt or bruise. I went in with thinking I had strep throat filled out my paper work and was seen in a matter of minutes the staff and nurses were so nice to me they were very calm and caring and they help me get down to the bottom what I had they then later on diagnose me with mononucleosis they're very helpful there at first choice emergency room
I was in and out in just a little over an hour, the staff was very kind and ready to help as soon as I walked through the door. It was a very positive experience.
Service was quick. As well as friendly. They took very good care of me. Went in with a strained neck. They had very good bed side manner. Would deffinetly recommend them if your in a pinch
