I took my son to First Choice in the middle of the night with a painful ear infection. It was so nice to be able to be taken back right away. The staff was very helpful and comforting. We were able to get the care he needed and without the regular ER wait, we made it home in time to get some sleep to start the next day!!

I took my daughter there last night after sitting in an emergency room for two hours with my 10 month olds fever raising and getting NO help. I was in a room within 5 minutes of being there and my daughter saw a doctor within 10 minutes I loved everyone in there they were ALL very friendly helpful AND willing to treat my daughter and get her feeling a little better so she would take a bottle! My family just moved here to Colorado and we found this beautiful city fountain and decided to raise my boys and while moving lifted a television wrong hurt my back and the accommodations and timely manner that I was seen by the wonderful caring facility was not only impressive but amazing I was in the back being seen by the wonderful Dr and nurses before I was done with my paperwork and the respect and care I was shown was wonderful I would absolutely refer anyone to this clean and wonderful emergency room
Very clean, friendly and efficient. The staff was great with my grandson when he did not feel good. Only drawback is that they do not accept Medicaid...
Great staff. Very quick experience when my son and I went in together. Would recommend this emergency room over all others in the fountain/springs area. Also, had a very clean waiting area.
First Choice staff in Fountain, Co were fabulous when we unexpectly had to take out 4 year old son in for stitches!!! From the front office to the back treatment areas and check out, they were all really great! Will return if ever need too! Thank you to all!!
The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not as expensive as I thought it would be, and I like the fact that all the costs are laid out and made clear before anything happens. No surprise $50 bandages that should have cost a dime.
