My daughter was having pretty bad tummy pain. I was worried about appendicitis. The staff here was wonderful from entry to exit. They gave her some medicine that helped immediately. Thank you so much!
They are amazing!!! Made us feel comfortable and important. They spent time explaining what our follow up should be. The doctor even called a few days later to check in to see how my daughter was feeling. Love the front desk staff. They greet you with a smile! Very rare these days. No waiting. We had barley sat down to complete the paperwork and we were being called back.
• Had a great first experience, was definitely in and out! The space was extremely clean and they did not just sit me in the back room and have to wait. The Nurse and Doctors were very friendly and took the time to explain my issue because I was flipping out. Made me feel at ease….
Overall friendly staff and were quick in taking care of my daughter. The emt who took care of my daughter with the nurse had a sour attitude and wasn't really there, the nurse told her to remove the syringe from the line and instead she almost pulled the needle from my daughters arm. The doctor and nurse were awesome and it was quick, I've heard nothing but horror stories on the billing so I guess I'll hVe to wait for the bill to arrive
First Choice was extremely fast with friendly workers. They took me back before I was even done filling out paperwork. Nothing unnecessary was done and didn't try to talk me into getting treatments that weren't needed. Only downside is the cost. I used my entire HRA spending account here and I still have a few hundred I need to pay for the quick visit. Yes I understand healthcare is not cheap etc etc .. But I had no idea I would be charged this amount for a 30 minute visit. Yikes. I would return if I could afford it. Overall... read more
I took my daughter there to get stitches and they were quick and had an awesome bed side manner. I would recommend anyone who has an emergency and can't get to the hospital in the Fountain are go there they will definitely take good care of you.
I went to this emergency room after my son fell at school and cut open the back of his head. I was very worried about my son and the staff was extremely friendly and seemed equally concerned. The doctor met us at the door and immediately started treating my son; there was no waiting. This was the best experience I have ever had at an emergency room and will definitely return for future medical needs.
I went to this emergency room on 9-20-14. I had no wait time; they got me straight back. The staff was courteous and efficient. The building was clean and organized. The Dr. was there to give me my stitches in less than 3 minutes from the time i was brought back. He was very kind and explained what he was doing in plain English, not Dr-ese. I gladly give them 5 stars for a job well done and a clean establishment.
